Perhaps the announced face-to-face meeting between Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un is a sign of hope for improved relations. I hope so.

But if I were asked to think of the two individuals on this planet who are the least constitutionally able to engage in a constructive dialogue with the goal of establishing peaceful relations, they would be Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un.

That said, their shared qualities of psychopathology and bad hairstyles might form a basis for bonding.
