Admittedly, none of it involved international indictments of foreign intelligence operatives (and the sources/methods that fingered those operatives).
That said, the Mueller report should only have minimal redaction and a full, unredacted version should be available for members of Congress who have the proper security clearance (ex. members of the House Intelligence Committee).
