To give you a sense of how far and deep the tendrils of loony-tunes misinformation have spread from the White House, I received a negative review on Goodreads today for my latest novel, “When Moths Burn” which summarized it contemptuously as “Jack Reacher for the antifa crowd.”

There is literally nothing in the novel even remotely to do with antifa. There are a few lines that might signal a certain discomfort with racism. That’s all.

Anyway, I’m completely fine with the label of anti-fascist. I’m not so sure about being saddled with the Jack Reacher emblem, though.
